Keith Leavitt of Castle Builders has many years of experience in custom home building.  When beginning your home building adventure, you must have confidence that your builder will attend scrupulously to your budget, have high standards of excellence, a thorough knowledge of products, adherence to deadlines, and unwavering integrity.  Castle Builders offers these qualities and more.

Keith has a bachelor’s degree from BYU in construction management.  He pursued construction because of the diversity of experiences it offers—creativity and design, business law, real estate developing, and working with the trades.  He wanted to create something of lasting value and contribute to helping people reach the American Dream of home ownership.

Keith has been building homes continuously in Utah County for over 20 years—he began in 1985.  He started his own company in 1989 when he began building custom homes.  His projects have won numerous awards in the Parade of Homes.  He is well known for outstanding workmanship and a superior finished product.  Because he is very concerned with homeowner satisfaction, he only uses outstanding subcontractors and he personally oversees every home.

Castle Builders constructs exceptional luxury custom homes as well as beautiful semi-custom homes.  In 2005, Keith developed a division of Castle Builders where many of the options and quality he uses in his luxury custom homes are available in a group of standard floor plans at a less expensive price point.  You, as the homeowner, will reap the benefit of his knowledge and experience while spending less for a quality built home.

He is an active member of the Utah Valley Home Builders, National Association of Home Builders, and member of the State Association of Builders.  In 2001 and 2002 Keith served on the board of directors for the Utah Valley Home Builders Association.  Keith is also a proud member of First Choice Communities; a group of experienced subdivision developers.
